2. Because distribution firms have ideal conditions for teaching employees how to learn-how-to-learn for the rest of their career and lives, my going-forward, proactive efforts are on writing about:

Mastering the process of mastery. How to achieve black belt capability at any skill to be happy and gainfully employed for life.

Working on a book aimed indirectly at helping more teens to learn mastery via hard, kinesthetic skills to then apply mastery to soft (interpersonal and wisdom) skills for career success.

My blogs for this general area will be quick reads of about 400 words.

3. I hope to launch a companion, platform site: masteringmastery.org. There are many who have done excellent work on how to master mastery, but within, different, non-integrated silos. Let’s try to inter-connect them. If you have
